Range Rover Unveils Exclusive SV Arete Edition in Whistler

Land Rover's luxury vehicle brand Range Rover has debuted its ultra-exclusive SV Arete Edition at an invite-only event in the Canadian mountain town of Whistler. Only eight examples of this bespoke Range Rover will be produced.
The SV Arete Edition takes design inspiration from Whistler's surrounding Coast Mountains. Its unique exterior features a reflective SV Bespoke Special Effect Gloss blue paint finish meant to evoke the area's serene alpine atmosphere. Matching blue accents are incorporated into the 23-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the SV Arete's cabin is outfitted in Liberty Blue leather upholstery with ebony Kvadrat textile accents and wooden veneers. Bespoke cushions and illuminated tread plates numbered 1 through 8 are other exclusive touches.
The limited-run model is based on the long-wheelbase Range Rover and comes equipped with the brand's 606 hp twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain. Its rear seating area features the luxurious SV Signature Suite with a deployable table and refrigerator.
As an added perk, each SV Arete Edition buyer can opt for a set of customized skis or snowboards built by Whistler's Prior, a local manufacturer of handcrafted winter sports equipment.
Land Rover has not disclosed pricing, but expects the SV Arete's combination of hand-built exclusivity and premium appointments to attract well-heeled buyers.
The debut event showcased Range Rover's focus on highly individualized luxury offerings. It's part of the brand's "Range Rover House" experience, which highlights design leadership through curated local events worldwide.
